Synopsis

«Reincarnated as Kakashi in a MHA Universe»

Martin lived his usual life happily until he died of unknown circumstances and has the option to go to heaven or reincarnate into a random world with his memories intact.

God as and apology let him choose how he wants to look alike and at the last minute he said that power in the next world also will be given to him randomly and wished him good luck.

After he woke up he saw a white haired woman holding him in her arms and says

«Hello there little Kakashi I hope you’re feeling well.» while a nurse came in and said «Here’s your meal Mrs Hatake and then come to get checked.»

At that moment he realized that he was reincarnated as Kakashi Hatake.

There are a couple of other Naruto characters there but not much unless the majority requests to add more.

It starts as sort of like ‘slice of life’ genre but when the story progresses enough there will be action too.

I’m pretty new to this and English isn’t my first language so if you see a word written wrong or in wrong form please inform me please.
I recommend to read the first arc before you guys review cause first 2 chapters are for his sort of backstory and then childhood until chapter 10. Chapter 28: Outburst

Irutsu, Kirishima, and surprisingly Ojiro who was warp along with them, raise their guard. Seeing a 188cm tall man smiling while being surrounded by burning debris will pull a feeling of unease in anyone.

Only Bakuguo is standing straight, glaring at the cheerful villain. The man then said with a wide grin,

The crisp sound of a whip and skin being torn was clear. Halting Irutsu and the rest. Bakuguo was going to give an exploding punch, but the stinging pain in his abdomen causes him to miss completely, distracted.

Bakuguo was still in the air when he was punched directly in his injured area, increasing the pain.

He screams and was catapulted toward Irutsu and the rest. Irutsu dodges him easily, but not for Kirishima and Ojiro. Maybe they pity him, but they tried to catch Bakuguo and was brought to the ground.

Irutsu looks toward the man and then at his surrounding. They were warped onto one of the higher levels of a burning building. So high that he can see the center of USJ, a group of people was visible.

Irutsu instinctively pulls out his fighting stance and step back. The man broke out a laugh.

«Didn’t I tell you to relax? You guys will die anyway.»

He pulled a fake concerned face as we glare at him. If looks could kill, Bakuguo would have killed him, revive him and continue killing him. His expression then changes, as if he had a eureka moment.

I know what will calm you down, why don’t we get to know each other.»

Bakuguo was about to burst out again when his mouth was shut by Irutsu, who then motion the man to continue. The man beams and proceed.

«You are probably trying to buy time but regardless, you are still very polite. I will share my dinner with you Young man.»

Irutsu shivers lightly as it was plain obvious, that he is a cannibal from his first comment.

«My villain name is Outburst and I will be taking care of you today. Today we will learn about the human body

7 years ago, police from the region of Kyoto received many reports of missing citizens. It starts off normally, but it then followed a simple pattern.

Every two weeks, a citizen will go missing. The pattern is that every single victim, went missing when their house caught on fire. This goes on for a year.

In fact, many police officers and even heroes tried to investigate this case. However, they all went missing.

Strangely, each time they went missing, the forest on the south side will burn. It didn’t take long for them to connect the dot and theorized the criminal who was now Identified as a villain, had a base in the south forest, but they found nothing.

Things start heading in the right direction when children start going missing in a certain middle school. Students went missing when they stayed in school a little late or during a field trip. It was easy to suspect it was one of the school staff but once again, it leads to a dead end.

And they finally got a firm lead, when one of their female officers went missing. Previous officers and heroes had a tracking device but it always leads to nowhere, this time, it leads to a 4 storey tall apartment building.

Upon breaking down the room the officer was in, they find a middle school student that was about to chop off the head of the officer.

They immediately ask the kid to stay back and he did.

When they were about to move to free the officer, they saw a scene that burns into their eyes.

The female officer gave a relieved smile. Happy that she was safe. Then her head was decapitated. Still with that relief smile.

That scene alone gives so many officers and even some heroes nightmares to this day. The smile she showed represent her trust in them, she believed that she was going to be safe. But to see that on a severed head, that stabbed the heart of many officers and heroes.

But that gave the least damage, the kid tossed a thumb drive toward a hero and start a fire. 3 more officers burn to death as the kid dissipates into smoke, leaving his innocent laughter to echo.

The thumb drive, leave many to quit. It reveals a series of videos. In a dark room, they see a different person, a kid to the elderly, in every video. The video showed how they try to survive in the dark, the adults begging for help, kids crying about their parents.

They all, inevitably died. Due to starvation. The scary thing is, their location was never found until two years ago.

That year, the police staff number reach an all-time low.

The kid whose name is Kiyotoka Hito, was classified as a villain. Under the name of Outburst.

He was caught twice and escaped each time only to never be heard from again. Many theorized he had more than enough human meat to feed himself.

There were also rumors that the same thumb drive, show their cooking process. But that remains unconfirmed.

Outburst finished his story with nostalgia in his eyes. He let out a happy sigh and look toward Irutsu and the others but find them missing. He let out a smile, and let out a laugh that echoes through the building.

In the same building, Irutsu and the others heard that laughter. They all showed a pale face as they try to escape. Even Bakuguo, felt fear.

This may seem like an overkill, but this is just to make the battles a little more fun for me to write.

Also, I got inspiration from the novel Crazy Detective. RIP. Another book bite the dust.

Chapter 1: PROLOGUE

«HEY! MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!!»

Was the last thing I heard before darkness embraces me. That sentence is ringing in my ear and is constantly repeated. Louder and louder it gets until it gradually turns into white noise.

And then I awake in a room with the only furniture in it being a table and two chairs. One of which is what I’m sitting on.

I wonder where am I? If it is like one of that novel, after dying I should meet the higher up and be reincarnated with op powers because I was such a good guy or because God made a mistake.

But I doubt it. I live a life like every other average person. I have hobbies, jobs, relationships. Like everybody else, I stay in my lane. I don’t go out of my way to help others.. I am a passerby who is only there withness. So I am not a good guy or at least not good enough to receive the special treatment.

If it’s a mistake I doubt it too, I don’t know what hit me but it’s a vehicle, something controlled by man.

I was brought out of my thought when I heard footsteps outside the room.

«So you’re the lucky guy»

And in through the door, a man that looks like in his thirties with messy black hair. He is in a business suit while holding a suitcase. He has a good looking face but with bags under his eyes.

He sat across me and stare at me. His cold emotionless grey eyes stab me with an analyzing look.

And now on to my three wishes. Now here is the issue, I do watch a lot of anime but most of them are slice of life with a few being action, so my choices are limited.

First, I chose the limit of Saitama. The physicality of Saitama is undeniably monster-like. That’s why I chose it, plus now I know how to workout. Of course, I modify it so that I do not lose hair.

Second, I chose Golden Experience’s ability to generate life form and with the same restriction. I chose it because it is more versatile but mainly because it can heal.

Lastly, I chose the emperor eye. because I don’t know what else to choose from. I mean it predicts the movement of others, enemies, and allies. So it is pretty good, right?

The man has no issue with my wishes except for the first wish. In the end, my final potential is to be as strong as Baki Hanma. The limit of Saitama is too much apparently.

The man then proceeds to take out a bat and said » Thank you for your cooperation. I hope to not see you again.»

He whacks me and once again I’m in the arms of darkness.
